About Lynnwood Air Comfort

Who We Are

Lynnwood Air Comfort is a locally operated heating and cooling company serving Lynnwood and the surrounding Snohomish County communities — including Alderwood Manor, Mountlake Terrace, Edmonds, and Bothell. Our technicians live and work in the area, and most of our business comes from the same neighborhoods we drive through every day.

We started this company because we'd seen how HVAC is often sold: high-pressure tactics, vague pricing, oversized equipment, and technicians paid on commission to find problems. We thought homeowners deserved better — a team that diagnoses honestly, prices upfront, and recommends what the house actually needs.

How We Work

Every job follows the same principles, whether it's a $150 capacitor replacement or a full system installation:

• Diagnose before we quote. We find the real problem first. If the honest answer is a simple repair, that's what we'll tell you — even when a replacement would pay us more.
• Flat-rate, written pricing. You approve an exact number before work begins. No hourly billing, no mid-job surprises.
• Right-sized equipment. Every replacement includes a proper load calculation. Oversized systems waste energy and wear out faster; undersized ones never keep up. We do the math.
• Respect for your home. Drop cloths, shoe covers, thorough cleanup, and old equipment hauled away. We leave the job site the way we found it.
• Available when it counts. Air conditioners fail on the hottest days, not on convenient ones. That's why we answer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

What We Do

Our core work is residential cooling and heat pumps: AC replacement and installation, AC repair, heat pump installation, ductless mini-splits, and seasonal maintenance. We install and service all major brands — Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Goodman, and Mitsubishi Electric.

Licensed, Bonded & Insured

We operate as a licensed, bonded, and insured HVAC contractor in Washington State. If you'd like to verify our credentials before booking, just ask — we're happy to provide our license information.
